How long does the approval process take until I become an affiliate?
Complete the sign-up form in just a few minutes, and our LuxeLace team will carefully review your application within the next few business days.
How will I know if my application is approved?
Our team will carefully review your application and if yours is approved, then you'll receive an email confirming your acceptance and some promotion assets to help you get started.
For denials, we will also email you that your request has been rejected.
How are referrals tracked?
Upon acceptance into the LuxeLace Affiliate Program, you will receive exclusive access to your Affiliate Dashboard.
From your dashboard, you can:
manage your unique affiliate links and assigned discount codes,
track clicks, sales, and commissions in real time, and
access marketing resources and promotional materials.
When customers purchase using your link or coupon, the sale will be credited to you and you will earn commission on the order.
Even if customers don’t place an order on their first visit, your affiliate cookie will remain active for the set duration (as listed in your dashboard). If they return and purchase within that period, the sale will still be credited to you as long as the cookie has not expired.
How do I get paid with your affiliate program?
LuxeLace Affiliates earn 5% commission on the subtotal of each eligible order (excluding tax, shipping, and discounts).
Affiliates can enjoy direct PayPal payouts or opt to turn their commissions into LuxeLace Store Credit for exclusive savings on their next purchase.
When do I get paid with your affiliate program?
Once your referred orders are successfully completed, LuxeLace will review and approve the associated commissions according to the agreed terms of the program. Payouts are processed monthly, on the 1st of each month, once your commission balance reaches at least $30. Payments are made via PayPal or, if selected, converted into LuxeLace Store Credit for future purchases. Transactions that are canceled, refunded, or charged back are not eligible for commission payout. This process ensures accuracy, transparency, and consistency for all affiliates.
